Watercolor on paper entitled “When Good Fellows get-together” inscribed to Hugh Fleming Jr. from J.M. Flag signed in initials lower right and dated 1937. The work measures approximately 11” x 16 1/2” and it is beautifully framed and matted. The painting shows damage and loss to the left corner, fading, water staining and some cracking. Obviously political satire with dueling politicians as it shows the capital in the background.
